How much can you spend on a lush dress if you knew very well the quality and estimated cost of the print it was made with?
Last month I styled Anne Jacob’s lookbook featuring over 30 gorgeous pieces (can’t wait to share). We could only shoot 20 pieces before the second model couldn’t take it anymore. I got home to discover the designer forgot two outfits in my box. Fast forward to last Friday, here I was looking for something easy and very comfortable to wear and spotted this Anne Jacob lush floral print almost-floor-length dress. I thought they were models’ sizes. I threw it on and viola! I was obsessed, refused to take it off and yes, my DM was popping last Friday. Thank you in advance Tolu, it’s officially now mine. *wink*.
I love the dramatic romance of the florals on the print, and paired with a plain black tight and bralet to keep the focus on the dress and not my skin.
Anne Jacob’s design aesthetics ranges from unique fabrics with a modern silhouette, super feminine day-to-night romantic frocks – beautiful skirts, trousers, blouses, jumpsuits and co-ords in an assortment of rich textiles ranging from floral, lace, silk, to crepe. This design is part of her latest collection specially designed for her diffusion line which is focused on her muslim clients. So you guys get a first look here and would be the first to see the lookbook when it’s out.
